Warehouse Management Script
Warehouse Management Software is developed in PHP CodeIgniter with a MySQL database that focuses mainly on keeping track of the warehouse’s goods. Also, the warehouse PHP script displays all the users with their respective details. In addition, the system allows managing suppliers and customers. Evidently, this project contains an admin panel with an employee panel as well. In an overview of this free warehouse management web application, an employee has a minor role and control over the system. They can manage personal profiles, view overall records. Here, an employee can list out incoming goods and goods section. However, the admin has the full right to set employee’s account. In short, an employee can only view records, but cannot make changes to them.
An administrator has full control over the system. He/she can manage users, suppliers, and customers. Here, each and every section has its own respective details such as name and other important details. Here, an admin first has to set up supplier and customer details for maintaining further transactions. Second, the user has to manage the warehouse good list by providing items and brand names. Moving towards the transaction section, allows the admin to manage incoming and outgoing goods. To be more precise, this whole stock maintenance is controlled from the incoming and outgoing goods section. In fact, the user has to select a supplier, item and enter a quantity for managing incoming goods. Whereas the other outgoing requires customers details too. As result, the system maintains total stock within the available goods.
