School Dormitory Software
The School Dormitory Management System is a web-based application developed in PHP and MySQL databases. It is designed to provide an easy and automated platform for Universities or Colleges to manage their monthly collections and records. The School Dormitory PHP script includes various features like student dorm accounts and was developed using Bootstrap Framework and AdminLTE Template. It has a user-friendly interface and can only be accessed by registered system users. The users have two roles, namely Administrator and Staff, and must log in with their system credentials to access the application’s features and functionalities. The Administrator User has access to manage all the features and functionalities of the system while the Staff User only has limited permissions. The Dormitory Management PHP software is designed to help manage lists of dormitory buildings, rooms, and student accounts. To use the system, the management team must first input information about the dorms, rooms, and students. Users can then create student accounts and assign them to a room with available space. Once an account is created, the student’s name will no longer appear as an option for new accounts. Additionally, the room options in the account registry only display rooms with available slots.
